HS  Triathlon 2006

The inaugural HS Triathlon was held on 14th October in Steyning, West Sussex.

The format was that of a Sprint triathlon, with a 750m swim in Steyning Leisure centre, then piling out the fire exits, onto the bikes for a 20km bike section along the country roads.....and finally finishing with a 5km run round the sports fields.

There were 12 competitors this year, with Steve McGuigan emerging as the champion.  Christian Faires finished in a close second place, with James 'all-rounder' Cox coming in third place.
